I really enjoyed the location. It was close to the buses, close to my friends location and it was, overall, a quiet and clean place.

Had a prompt, detailed, auto-translated response on booking.com regarding exactly how the late check-in process works. Sounds obvious, but my next booking involved a bunch of last-minute whatsapp messages and calls, feeding me the info one bit at a time in a confused jumble. The location itself is right in the middle of Milan, a two-minute walk to the metro or tram.

I liked the retro feel of the hotel. The room was spacious, there was air conditioning (though very loud). The kitchenette could have been better equipped, but overall it was fine. Location was great for transports and there was a shop close-by but the area wasn't very nice.

We chose 'smart check in' and we were allowed to come later than the office time which was great. Everything was instructed and clear. The apartment hotel rooms were clean and had a clean bath, bedroom and a tiny kitchen to cook small things. When you check out you are able to leave your luggage at their office and they organize it for you. The staff was amazing with everything. The only note is an older themed bedroom I would say.

It's in a nice area and facilities are quite good. I did not really have any problem during my stay, and everything was describe exactly as on their page. The staff was not problematic at all.

The hotel was 20-30 minutes from Duomo with M2 Bus. The room was nice and clean.

The Staff were very polite and helpful, there was no problem with contacting the property, check in, leaving the luggage after checkout. I was bothered by the reviews describing some bugs in the kitchenette, but the room was clean and comfortable, no insects spotted. There was parking for guests. All facilities according to the description. The hotel is located in quiet surrounding, and is well connected with the city centre and main train stations.

Very quiet place. Nice room, nice staff, nice location (if you're traveling via Linate airport or going to a concert at Parco Musica Milano). Metro station Argonne is a few minutes by foot. There are restaurants, pastry shops and grocery stores nearby.
